1/2 METRE PLANERS WITH 6 WHEEL ROLLONOFF LORRIES

Geoff Greenfield Limited operates x4 1/2 Metre Planers, which all come with a 6 Wheel Rollonoff Lorry.  These are the newer W50Ri models which have the newest levelling software and hardware fitted for the best Planed surface finish possible.

We also have Specialist Fine Milling drums for the 1/2 Metre Planers, which are used for anti-skid removal or for retexturing a surface to improve the skid resistance.

There are 2 special sized drums which we can also fit to the 1/2 Metre Planers, these are 100mm wide or 200mm wide. These drums will plane to a maximum depth of 100mm.  These drums are ideal for mastic repairs and crack chasing.

The required working sizes for this machine are approximately 2800mm High without the elevator fixed and 3400mm High with the elevator fixed, width of approximately 1800mm and a working gross weight of 8 tonne. Please note the working heights stated are minimum heights for the machine to fit, if the works are all at these restricted heights then a site visit would be required prior to works commencing.

Specialist Equipment on ½ Metre Planer

  • 100mm Crack chasing drum with a maximum depth of 100mm.
  • 200mm Crack chasing drum with a maximum depth of 100mm
  • 500mm Fine Milling Drum used to scarify the top 5 – 10mm usually.

OTHER SERVICES

SPECIALIST DRUMS

We have Specialist Drums sizes of 100mm and 200mm width.  These can Plane 100mm deep and are ideal for crack chasing and repairs and minimise expensive material wastage.
We have a Fine Milling Drum which is 500mm wide and can remove anti-skid material to an accurate depth of 5 – 15mm.  This drum can also be used to buff a surface to improve anti-skid properties.

1 METRE PLANER

Geoff Greenfield Limited operates x5 1 Metre Planers with 8 Wheel Rollonoff Lorry included, which can transport the Planed material away from site as required.  These machines are capable of Planing 250 ton in a single shift.

BOBCAT PLANER WITH BRUSH AND BUCKET

Our Skid Steer Planers (better known as a Bobcat) can plane and also sweep an area up to 250m2 at a depth of 40mm in a single shift dependant on site conditions.

WATER BOWSER WITH BANKSMAN TRAINED OPERATOR

With a 1200 Litre capacity, the bowser is ideal for larger works where machinery requires water to keep on working.  The bowser operator will be Banksman trained and certificated so can be fully utilised on site.
